Qualifikationen

• 12-15+ years in SAP, supply chain transformation, solution architecture or technology consulting.
• Proven leadership of large-scale supply chain transformation programmes (greenfield, brownfield or hybrid).
• Strong knowledge of procurement (SAP MM), manufacturing (SAP PP) and/or plant maintenance (SAP PM).
• Experience with SAP BTP, RISE/GROW with SAP, cloud architecture and enterprise integration.
• Ability to define target operating models, solution architecture, business cases and transformation roadmaps.
• Experience advising C-suite and senior executives, managing cross-functional teams and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience contributing to proposals, RFPs, client pitches and consulting offering development.
• Leadership in consulting teams; regional experience in the Middle East, ideally Saudi Arabia.
• Arabic language fluency with English proficiency.

We are seeking a senior SAP Supply Chain Architect to lead end-to-end supply chain transformation programs, preferably based in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on leveraging SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP to transform procurement, manufacturing and maintenance operations, define future-state operating models, and develop technology strategies and implementation roadmaps. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, lead complex transformation programs, guide architecture and deployment decisions, and contribute to business development, proposals and the growth of the SAP consulting practice.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 12-15+ years in SAP, supply chain transformation, solution architecture or technology consulting.
• SAP S/4HANA: Proven leadership of large-scale supply chain transformation programmes, including greenfield, brownfield or hybrid implementations.
• Supply Chain Expertise: Strong knowledge of procurement (SAP MM), manufacturing (SAP PP) and/or plant maintenance (SAP PM).
• SAP BTP & Cloud: Experience with SAP BTP, RISE/GROW with SAP, cloud architecture and enterprise integration.
• Transformation & Architecture: Ability to define target operating models, solution architecture, business cases and transformation roadmaps.
• Consulting & Stakeholder Management: Experience advising C-suite and senior executives, managing cross-functional teams and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Business Development: Experience contributing to proposals, RFPs, client pitches and consulting offering development.
