Müller`s Solutions is seeking a skilled SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to implement and manage SAP HCM Payroll solutions for diverse clients. You will gather requirements, customize configurations, and ensure payroll operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management, or a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience implementing and supporting SAP HCM Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and compliance regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Prior experience with other SAP modules is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their payroll requirements and translate these into effective SAP HCM Payroll configurations.
• Configure, implement, and enhance SAP HCM Payroll systems in accordance with best practices.
• Conduct thorough testing of payroll processes and assist clients during user acceptance testing.
• Provide ongoing support for payroll processing and address any issues that arise.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in SAP HCM Payroll and related compliance issues.
• Collaborate effectively with the project team to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
