Müller’s Solutions is a leading SAP consultancy in the region, seeking an SAP HCM Consultant to join our team in Saudi Arabia. You will implement, customize, and support SAP HCM modules for diverse clients, translating HR requirements into effective configurations.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of SAP HCM experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with SAP HCM modules.
• Proficiency in PA, OM, TM, and Payroll configuration.
• Experience integrating SAP HCM with other SAP modules.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement, customize, and support SAP HCM modules for clients.
• Collaborate with clients to capture HR requirements and configure SAP HCM.
• Ensure successful deployment and integration within SAP ecosystem.
