Job summary

Parsons seeks an SAP EAMS Director to lead enterprise asset management systems, data governance and reporting across City Operations. You will own SAP EAMS design decisions, data migration standards and lifecycle reporting to support asset performance and renewals planning.

The role requires senior leadership, cross-functional collaboration with digital, finance, procurement and governance teams, and hands-on delivery of AM system improvements and cut-overs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Information Systems, Operations Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Professional certification in asset management or SAP EAMS is desirable.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in asset management and enterprise asset systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise asset management systems strategy, roadmap, governance framework and operating model.
• Act as business owner for SAP EAMS design decisions and governance controls.
• Lead data governance, data quality, and reporting for asset information across the city operating model.
• Coordinate design reviews, UAT, cut-over readiness, and go-live for SAP EAMS.
• Develop role-based training and adoption activities for AM systems and processes.
