Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company seeks an SAP-EAMS Director to lead enterprise asset management systems, data governance and readiness for SAP EAMS across City Operations and AM teams. You will own data standards, migration, and reporting while aligning lifecycle planning with governance controls and cross-functional stakeholders.

The role embeds the AM data model, defines workflows and KPIs, and ensures reliable operations, asset performance and investment decision-making for a city-wide

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in asset management and related fields.
• At least 7 years of senior leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading SAP EAM, SAP PM, and data governance initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to define asset data models, hierarchies, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Define and shepherd enterprise AM strategy, governance, and operating model.
• Act as business owner for SAP EAMS design decisions and data standards.
• Lead SAP EAMS preparation, cut-over, data migration and integration activities.
• Embed AM data model, workflows, KPIs and reporting framework across city ops.
• Coordinate design reviews, testing, and go-live readiness with partners.
• Own data quality, master data stewardship and change control.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardisation across AM processes.
