Job summary

Müller's Solutions in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced SAP Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end SAP projects, lead a team of consultants, and ensure delivery on time and within budget. You will collaborate with clients, project managers, and cross-functional teams to drive successful implementations, upgrades, and migrations, applying best practices in SAP.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in CS/IS, 10+ years in SAP delivery with 5+ in leadership, and strong communication for multinational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 10+ years in SAP project delivery with at least 5 years in leadership
• Proven track record delivering large, complex SAP projects including full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and migrations
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as SuccessFactors, SD, MM, FI/CO
• Experience leading cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and testers
• Excellent project management skills and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Ability to manage client relationships and drive client satisfaction
• Up-to-date SAP knowledge and experience with global/multicultural teams
• Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or SAP (e.g., SAP Certified) desirable

Requirements:

• Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and testers
• Excellent understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to manage client relationships and drive client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address project challenges and drive successful outcomes
• Up-to-date knowledge of SAP technologies, trends, and best practices
• Experience in working with global and multi-cultural teams is preferred
• Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or SAP (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) are desirable
