Job summary

IPS Intelligent Process Solutions in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced SAP CPI Integration Developer for a short-term engagement to support SAP outbound interfaces in an Asset Performance Management project.

The role focuses on SAP CPI, ABAP development and integration across SAP S/4HANA, SAP PO/PI, RFC, BAPI and IDoc technologies within large industrial environments. You will work on 6-7 interfaces in a customer SAP environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP CPI (Integration Suite) and ABAP development.
• Hands-on with SAP S/4HANA, SAP PO/PI, RFC, BAPI and IDoc development.
• Experience in large-scale industrial or utility environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, integrate and test SAP interfaces between the Asset Performance Management platform and the Customer SAP environment.
• Develop outbound interfaces from SAP to external applications using SAP CPI.
• Collaborate with Customer SAP team to ensure compliance with standards and governance.
• Participate in integration testing, troubleshooting and deployment activities.
• Scope includes interfaces for Equipment, Functional Locations, Notifications, Work Orders, FRACAS and Task Groups.

SAP CPI Integration Developer. Project-based | Dhahran (Saudi Arabia).

We are a rapidly growing international software company, with a global presence in the electrical energy industry. We specialize in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Asset Performance Management (APM), Protection & IED, Network Model Management (NMM), Outage System Management (OMS) software, and analytics.

About the Role

We are currently executing an Asset Performance Management (APM) project and are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Developer based in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, to support the development of SAP outbound interfaces. This is a short-term engagement.

Scope of Work

The selected developer will be responsible for the development, configuration, integration, and testing of SAP interfaces between the Asset Performance Management platform and the Customer SAP environment.

Development of SAP objects, including RFCs, BAPIs, IDocs, and custom ABAP developments.

Configuration and development activities within SAP S/4HANA, SAP PO, and SAP CPI (SAP Integration Suite).

Development of outbound interfaces from SAP to external applications using SAP CPI.

Collaboration with the Customer SAP team to ensure compliance with Customer standards, procedures, and governance requirements.

Participation in integration testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.

The scope includes approximately 6-7 interfaces, covering Equipment, Functional Locations, Notifications, Work Orders, FRACAS, and Task Groups.

Working Arrangement

The developer will be provided with a Customer network ID and Customer-issued laptop, working directly within the Customer SAP environment.

Required Experience

SAP CPI (SAP Integration Suite), ABAP development, SAP S/4HANA, SAP PO / PI, RFC, BAPI, and IDoc development, REST APIs and SOAP web services, SAP PM integration, Enterprise Asset Management integrations, experience in large-scale industrial or utility environments is highly desirable.
