Job summary

Tabby | تابي in KSA seeks a Compliance Officer to lead the ongoing management of the regulatory compliance framework in line with SAMA requirements. You will monitor circulars, translate rules into practical actions, and support policy development, controls, and training across functions.

You will conduct risk assessments, assist in regulatory examinations, and provide day-to-day compliance advisory to business teams on SAMA obligations and related processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years in Compliance, Regulatory Compliance, or risk-focused functions.
• Knowledge of SAMA requirements and Saudi financial regulations.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable business steps.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ongoing management of the compliance framework in line with SAMA regulations.
• Monitor regulatory updates and assess impact on business activities.
• Develop, review, and maintain compliance policies and controls.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify remediation needs.
• Prepare regulatory reports and coordinate responses to examinations.
• Provide day-to-day compliance advisory to business teams on regulations.
