We are seeking a Sales Team to join our subsidiary, Almutlaq Furniture Company, a leading name in the furniture manufacturing industry. The selected candidates will play a key role in driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting the company’s commercial expansion across multiple regions and sales channels.

About the Role

The Sales Team will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products, including mattresses, customized mattress solutions, project supply, and wholesale offerings. This role is essential in expanding market presence in Riyadh and Jeddah, while coordinating closely with the main factory in Dammam to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company’s furniture and mattress products across assigned regions.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail, corporate, and project-based clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from client inquiry to order confirmation and delivery coordination.
  • Coordinate with the factory and internal teams to ensure accurate fulfillment of customer requirements.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and provide market insights to management.

Qualifications

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within manufacturing, furniture, or project sales.

Languages: Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
