Job summary

Confidential Careers in Riyadh is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily sales and supervise the team to ensure targets are met. You will champion customer service, oversee stock, pricing, and visual merchandising, and coordinate with shifts.

The role includes promoting upselling, handling escalations, enforcing cash handling procedures, and training new staff while adhering to grooming and company standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily sales activities and achieve sales targets.
• Monitor team performance to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure upselling and cross-selling techniques are applied consistently.
• Handle escalated customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock presentation, and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure products are correctly priced and displayed according to planograms.
• Participate in stock counts, replenishment, and product rotation.
• Follow all cash handling, POS, and receipt procedures accurately.
• Support Shift Supervisors during opening and closing procedures.
• Report any suspicious behavior, discrepancies, or incidents immediately to management.
• Maintain grooming standards and company uniform policy.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals.
• Support new joiners through on-the-job training and role modeling of company standards.
• Participate actively in briefings, product trainings, and store meetings.
