Job Purpose

To assist customers in selecting paint products, provide technical advice, and ensure excellent customer service in the showroom. Responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining product displays, and supporting daily showroom operations.

Main Job Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide professional advice on paint products and color selections
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's paints, tools, and accessories to accurately guide customers
  • Prepare quotations, issue invoices, and process payments through the POS system
  • Work toward and achieve monthly and quarterly individual and showroom sales goals
  • Ensure products are properly displayed, labeled, and organized according to company standards
  • Assist customers with color matching tools and techniques to find desired shades
  • Provide basic technical advice regarding surface preparation, paint application, and aftercare
  • Notify the inventory or warehouse team when stock is low or when customer orders require replenishment
  • Follow up with clients on quotations, orders, and customer satisfaction after purchases
  • Inform customers about ongoing promotions, new arrivals, and suggest additional products to increase sales
  • Submit daily/weekly sales reports and customer feedback to the showroom supervisor or branch manager
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
