As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's sales processes. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, this role involves managing sales tools, analyzing performance metrics, and supporting the sales team with data-driven insights to achieve their goals. Additionally, you will design and manage commission schemes to motivate the sales team and provide transparent reporting on sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage sales tools, including CRM systems, ensuring they are used effectively by the team.
• Analyze sales performance metrics and generate reports to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve processes and drive operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for sales operations.
