As part of our expansion, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive software solution sales across multiple sectors.

Job Purpose

The Sales Manager will be responsible for growing software solution sales across government and large-scale projects. This role involves managing complex sales cycles, building long-term client relationships, and positioning a broad portfolio of software solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales of software solutions across various platforms, applications, and technologies.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting government entities and large organizations.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities related to public sector initiatives and large-scale projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to contract closure.
  • Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to develop solution-based proposals.
  • Lead responses to RFPs, tenders, and commercial bids.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and reports to management.
  • Track market trends, customer requirements, and competitive activities.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in software solution sales or technology consulting.
  • Proven experience working with government clients and large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia.
  • Broad understanding of software solutions across different domains and platforms.
