Sales Manager - Medina, Egypt

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Medina, Egypt. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service
• Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress towards targets
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to strategies
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment with company objectives
• Train new employees on products, services, and sales techniques

Requirements:
