Job description

As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing strong customer and sales channel partnerships and play a strategic role in delivering innovative products and solutions in the Saudi Arabia and surrounding country markets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with SEL customers in utility and industrial sectors.
  • Understand the true requirements and objectives of customers and determine, communicate, and deliver the optimal SEL solution that best meets their needs.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of all SEL products and teach customers SEL technology and innovation.
  • Support regional leadership’s development and delivery of quarterly orders forecasts and sales goals.
  • Actively participate in the development and optimization of business tools to maintain customer relationship information, opportunity tracking and sales activities.
Qualifications
  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience in technical sales.
  • 10 or more years of experience in sales of power systems equipment.
  • Demonstrated success growing sales within a territory and teaching others within the organization to be successful.
  • Ability to travel.
