We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in property-related advertising sales to drive revenue growth for a leading real estate advertising portal. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, managing advertiser accounts, and selling digital advertising solutions to real estate developers, brokers, and property companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities within the real estate and property sector.
- Sell property advertising packages and digital marketing solutions to real estate developers, agencies, and brokers.
- Conduct cold calling, lead generation, client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with new and existing advertisers.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close agreements.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding and post‑sale account management.
- Consistently update and manage leads, opportunities, pipelines, and client data using a CRM system.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and campaign execution.
- Attend relevant industry events, exhibitions, and property‑related networking activities when required.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new sales opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback to management.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years experience in sales within a property advertising portal, real estate media, or digital advertising platform in KSA market.
- Strong understanding of real estate advertising products, online listings, and digital marketing solutions.
- Experience using CRM systems for lead management, sales tracking, and reporting is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong prospecting and relationship‑building capabilities.
