Job summary

A consulting firm in Saudi Arabia seeks a Sales Executive to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and exceed revenue targets. Must possess strong communication skills in English and Arabic, with a bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of B2B sales experience. Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in consulting, research, or data analytics.
  • Proven track record of hitting/exceeding targets.

  • Generate qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, and events.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline in CRM.
  • Pitch DRC’s catalog of services (Data, Research, Consultancy, Data Collection).
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals within sales cycle timelines.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop digital campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to product/research teams based on client needs.
