Job summary

Alfa Wood Industries in Saudi Arabia seeks a Sales Engineer to develop and manage sales opportunities across Riyadh and the Central Region. The role focuses on wooden doors, furniture, kitchens, wardrobes and architectural joinery while visiting consultants, contractors and corporate clients.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years in sales or business development, with strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
• Experience in wooden products, joinery, furniture, doors, fit-out or building materials preferred.
• Existing relationships with Riyadh contractors, consultants, developers or corporate clients is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and closing skills.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to conduct regular field visits.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.

One of the largest wood manufacturing factories in Saudi Arabia, based in Dammam, is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to develop and manage sales opportunities across Riyadh and the Central Region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business for wooden doors, furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, and architectural joinery works.
• Visit consultants, contractors, developers, project owners, and corporate clients.
• Identify projects at an early stage and follow them from enquiry through quotation, negotiation, and contract award.
• Review client requirements and coordinate with the technical and estimation teams.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms while maintaining the required profit margins.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast, and client visit plan.
• Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
