Basri Developments in Jeddah is seeking an ambitious Sales Consultant to join our expanding real estate team and drive growth through closing deals with clients.

You will build relationships, understand client needs, and match them with suitable properties while staying updated on market trends and new developments. Competitive salary with commissions, visa, medical insurance, and strong growth opportunities await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience.
• Real estate experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Valid Saudi driver’s license is a must.

• Handle property sales and negotiate deals with clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Stay updated with current real estate market trends and new developments.
• Conduct cold calling and actively generate new business opportunities.
• Reach out to potential clients through multiple channels.
• Arrange and attend client meetings and property site visits.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
