As our Sales Associate, you will be an ambassador of the Maison, delivering an exceptional and personalized client experience while contributing to the achievement of boutique sales objectives and the development of long-term client relationships.

• Identifying opportunities to develop client relationships and strengthen loyalty through tailored experiences.
• Building and maintaining an active client portfolio while ensuring accurate and effective use of CRM tools.
• Collaborating closely with boutique colleagues to ensure a seamless client journey and exceptional service.
• Supporting the organization and execution of boutique events and client engagement initiatives.
• Maintaining excellent product knowledge and staying informed about new collections, creations and Maison developments.
• Ensuring compliance with boutique operational procedures, visual merchandising standards and Maison guidelines.
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative boutique environment while embodying the Maison’s values in every client interaction.
