Job summary

Radial | راديال is seeking a Safety Engineer (Saudi Only) to oversee health, safety, and environmental standards across villa construction projects in Saudi Arabia. This role ensures a safe working environment, compliance with Saudi regulations, and alignment with company HSE policies.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant engineering degree, NEBOSH/OSHA/IOSH or equivalent, and 3+ years in construction safety, with strong reporting and communication skills to lead audits, risk assessments,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, OH&S, Environmental Eng, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in construction safety, preferably villa/residential projects.
• NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and risk assessment practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site safety inspections and audits.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and Saudi regulations.
• Perform risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses.
• Monitor subcontractor safety performance.
• Prepare HSE reports and maintain safety records.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safe work practices.
• Support emergency response planning and drills.
