RSA - Services Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will supervise the entire project life cycle from initiation to completion to maintain customer fulfillment, mediating between internal team members and external parties while ensuring the project delivery is completed in the most efficient way.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality, complex projects while maintaining finances, governance, and focus.
• Provide consultative leadership on a range of pre-planned engagements
• Delivery of detailed project plans and strategies including schedules, controls, resources, and validated statements of work (SOW) to achieve proper compliance.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders by leading pre-sales meetings or presentations and building strong and seamless relationships and be the main point of contact for all aspects of the engagement.
• Function as a project lead through providing/guiding direction to project workstreams during the project lifecycle while maintaining quality assurance.
• Retain agreement with customer on delivering projects to scope, budget, and timeline
• Ensure delivering quarterly forecast reports on services revenue

Essential Requirements:

• Proven track record with 4 years+ of experience in Project Management
• Proven ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Excellent customer-facing skills
• Strong communication (written and verbal) along with interpersonal skills
• Quick Learner and great team player
• Experience in leading technical initiative and mentoring peers
• Strong technical aptitude with great customer relationship building
• Excellent knowledge of information and network security fundamentals
• Strong working knowledge of RSA products.
• Active DoD clearance and/or the ability to obtain additional DoD clearances is strongly preferred.
• Saudi national required

Desirable Requirements:

• Strong desire to learn, grow and become a leader within the technology industry.
• Good Cloud Infrastructure Knowledge
• Project Management certification is a Plus (PMP, Prince 2 etc.)
• Flexible to travel up to 20% of the time for customer facing activities
