Job summary

A recruitment solutions company is seeking an RPO Manager to lead end-to-end Recruitment Process Outsourcing delivery for various clients in Saudi Arabia. The role encompasses managing RPO programs, leading recruitment strategies, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. The ideal candidate will bring 8–12 years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 years in RPO. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, delivering KPIs, and developing recruitment teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in RPO or large staffing operations.
  • Knowledge of Saudi recruitment market and Saudization initiatives is advantageous.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts is required.

The RPO Manager will lead end-to-end Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) delivery for multiple client accounts in KSA, ensuring compliant, scalable, and high-quality hiring solutions. This role partners closely with business leaders to drive recruitment planning, Saudization initiatives, and operational excellence while working with top-tier local and international clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end RPO programs for multiple clients across KSA
  • Lead recruitment planning, workforce forecasting, and hiring strategy
  • Oversee recruitment delivery for volume, niche, and project hiring
  • Act as the primary client stakeholder and escalation point
  • Ensure SLA, TAT, quality-of-hire, and cost-per-hire targets are met
  • Lead and develop RPO recruiters and onsite teams
  • Deliver MIS, KPI dashboards, and governance reviews
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and recruitment regulations
Key Skills & Experience
  • 8–12 years of recruitment experience with 3+ years in RPO or large staffing operations
  • Understanding of the Saudi recruitment market and Saudization is added advantage.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficiency with ATS and recruitment reporting tools
