Job summary

Saipem seeks a Rotating Equipment Engineer to support ENCAR projects in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure rotating equipment design conformance to API standards and coordinate with vendors and sites across the project lifecycle.

The role requires 5+ years in oil & gas, a Mechanical Engineering degree, and fluency in Arabic and English. Travel may be required as projects demand, with a hybrid/onsite working setup depending on assignment.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in rotating equipment for oil and gas.
• Experience with international main contracting and engineering firms.
• Arabic and English proficiency (B2/C1).
• Willingness to travel abroad based on project assignments.

Responsibilities

• Execute project activities within the assigned budget, time schedule and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with API and international standards.
• Manage interfaces and information flow between project parties and vendors.
• Prepare Mechanical Data Sheets, Inspection Data Sheets, Material Requisitions, and bid evaluations.
• Participate in factory acceptance tests and site inspections of rotating equipment.
• Collaborate with multiple engineering disciplines to integrate rotating equipment into projects.
