Job summary

Client of Ben Khan in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Ante Partum Normal Newborn Nursery Unit, which comprises High‑Risk Ante‑Post‑Partum, Well Baby Nurseries, and the VIP Medical and Surgical Unit.

You will provide comprehensive nursing care to ante- and post-partum women and newborns, applying the nursing process across assessment, planning, interventions and evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (online degrees/diplomas are not accepted).
• Current RN license in North America, Western Europe, or Australia/New Zealand.
• Minimum two years of current experience as an RN in the specialty area, in a mid‑to‑large acute‑care hospital in the specified regions.

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process assessment, planning, interventions and evaluation.
• Perform ultrasounds.
• Monitor fetal heart rate.
• Monitor uterine contraction.
• Perform circumcisions.
• Stabilize blood sugar.

The Ante Post Partum Normal Newborn Nursery Unit consists of three areas of nursing care delivery: High‑Risk Ante‑Post‑Partum, Well Baby Nurseries, and the VIP Medical and Surgical Unit. Nursing care of ante‑ and post‑partum women and newborns is provided in these units.

Responsibilities and Services

• Use the nursing process assessment, planning, interventions and evaluation.
• Perform ultrasounds.
• Monitor fetal heart rate.
• Monitor uterine contraction.
• Perform circumcisions.
• Stabilize blood sugar.

Coverage

• Nurse to patient ratio 1 to 5‑6.
• Hours of operation: 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.
