Job summary

ConFlip is seeking a qualified Welder to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will build and maintain metal structures, components and tools, reading designs and plans to determine materials and procedures.

Responsibilities include cutting, grinding and welding, verifying dimensions, selecting appropriate welding processes, operating welding equipment in various positions, and maintaining tools to ensure readiness. Diploma in Welding or equivalent experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Welding or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Hands-on experience with various types of welding processes.
• A valid certification from a recognised institution is desirable.
• Capability to work independently as well as in teams.

Responsibilities

• Cutting, grinding and welding metal components together.
• Reading designs and plans to determine the necessary materials and procedures.
• Verifying dimensions of pieces to be welded with appropriate instruments.
• Selecting the right type of welding process for the job.
• Operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions.
• Maintaining welding equipment, tools and supplies in order to ensure their availability for use when needed.
