Job summary

SafeBox is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This role involves developing supply chain strategies to ensure timely delivery of goods, negotiating with suppliers, and managing inventory levels.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, at least 3 years of experience, and strong communication skills in English. A competitive salary of $1,300 per month and accommodation will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Indian nationality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance.
• Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to optimize stock levels.
• Analyze market trends and make purchasing decisions accordingly.
• Oversee logistics operations including shipping, warehousing, and distribution.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand their supply needs.
• Monitor budget and cost control measures to optimize supply chain expenses.
• Maintain accurate records of all purchase orders and contracts.

Skills
