Saudi Services For Electro Mechanic Works Co. SSEM in Riyadh seeks an experienced Site Civil Engineer to oversee civil construction activities on SEC-related projects, ensuring safety, quality and schedule alignment at the project sites.

The ideal candidate has 5-8+ years of site execution experience, strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, foundations, drainage and underground utilities, and proven SEC project exposure; AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant civil construction experience.
• Proven SEC project experience mandatory/preferred depending on project requirements.
• Experience in electrical utility, substation, transmission or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
• Coordinate civil works for SEC substations, transmission and distribution facilities, and utility infrastructure.
• Review IFC drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements before execution.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, standards and SEC requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, construction managers, electrical engineers, consultants, subcontractors and SEC representatives.
• Monitor site progress and ensure activities are completed according to the project schedule.
• Maintain daily site reports, progress records and relevant construction documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and participate in site safety meetings and inspections.
