Job summary

India Abroad in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a sales team and drive the sales strategy on a contract basis. The role includes managing representatives, achieving targets, and securing new business opportunities. Accommodation is provided and a Saudi visa can be sponsored.

Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus. The successful candidate will coach the team, monitor market trends, and report forecasts to management, with a proven track record in sales

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role in the African region.
• Strong understanding of the sales process with excellent negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team towards achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Willingness to work on a contract basis without prior experience in the country.
• Valid work visa for Saudi Arabia or ability to obtain one through company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, provide coaching, and address any performance issues
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
