Job summary

F5 is seeking a seasoned Professional Services Manager to lead the Riyadh services team. You will coach a group of technical consultants, act as a senior point of contact for key customers, and partner with the Saudi sales organization to deliver strong outcomes.

You will report to regional leadership and help shape our services strategy in one of the region’s most dynamic markets, supporting Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in Professional Services or similar customer-facing technology environment.
• Experience with enterprise and public-sector customers in Saudi Arabia.
• Fluent Arabic and professional-level English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Act as the local management contact for key Saudi enterprise and public-sector customers.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and monitor delivery.
• Manage escalations and engage leadership as needed.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of consultants.
• Work with regional leadership to assign the right specialists to projects.
• Support timely delivery of engagements and maintain service quality.
• Collaborate with the Saudi sales team on account strategy and opportunities.
