Job summary

This role emphasizes Arabic-first deployment, LLM gateway operations, and end-to-end ownership from POC to production. Expect 10–30% travel within the GCC, with strong collaboration across Product and Engineering to meet local regulatory and data-residency requirements.

Qualifications

• CS degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years building software or doing technical consulting.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and Go.
• Hands-on experience running LiteLLM in production with model gateways and routing.
• Experience deploying containerized services on Kubernetes and managing secrets, config, and upgrades.
• Fluent Gulf Arabic (Khaleeji) is required for customer engagements and sessions.

Responsibilities

• Embed with enterprise and government customers to understand workflows and integration challenges.
• Build and deploy custom implementations: AI Voice Assistants, Telnyx APIs, WebRTC.
• Deploy and operate open-weight LLMs in customer environments, including air-gapped and sovereign cloud deployments.
• Operate LiteLLM as the model gateway with routing, retries, and key management.
• Design model routing strategies for real-time Arabic workloads with fallbacks and cost control.
• Lead POCs, pilots, and production launches from whiteboard to go-live.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to shape the roadmap for Saudi and MENA markets.
• Create documentation and runbooks in English and Arabic for handoffs.
