Job summary

RELA is seeking an Accountant to join our Riyadh-based team on a full-time, on-site basis. You will be responsible for recording and reviewing accounting entries, preparing bank reconciliations, managing accounts payable and receivable, and producing timely financial reports to support management decisions.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, shows strong analytical and reporting skills, excels in Excel, and has solid knowledge of Saudi tax regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field required.
• Relevant professional experience in accounting.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Good knowledge of Saudi tax regulations.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Record and review accounting entries and financial transactions.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and periodic financial reports.
• Manage and follow up on accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Review invoices, expenses, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare cost reports and provide financial insights to support management decisions.
• Prepare profitability reports by branch, project, or department.
• Assist in preparing VAT and other tax filings.
• Support monthly and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
