Job summary

SAWAED CONSTRUCTION COMPANY in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Mechanical Pipes Sales Engineer to lead the sales of mechanical piping products, build relationships with contractors, consultants, distributors, and end users, and provide technical support throughout the sales cycle.

Key focus areas include selling PPR, PVC, and HDPE pipes across Saudi Arabia, understanding customer requirements, delivering technical and commercial quotations, and driving growth in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Proven sales experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Direct and proven experience in selling PPR, PVC, and HDPE pipes
• Strong knowledge of piping products, applications, specifications, and diameters
• Strong understanding of the Saudi construction and infrastructure market
• Existing relationships with contractors, consultants, distributors, and project clients are highly preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and business development skills
• Ability to conduct professional client and site meetings
• Good knowledge of MS Office; CRM systems is an advantage
• Valid Saudi driving license is preferred

Responsibilities

• Developing new sales opportunities within the Saudi Arabian market.
• Promoting and selling PPR, PVC, and HDPE pipes in all available diameters.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, consultants, distributors, and end users.
• Conducting customer visits, site visits, and technical meetings.
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable piping solutions.
• Preparing and presenting technical and commercial quotations.
• Following up on quotations and negotiating with customers to close sales.
• Monitoring market trends, competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Coordinating with engineering, procurement, and other internal teams.
• Supporting customers with technical and product-related inquiries.
• Maintaining accurate sales records and following up on after-sales requirements.
• Achieving agreed sales and business development targets.
