Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in Construction Manager or similar role.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Riyadh.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
• Ensure project timelines are met within budget.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Review and approve project plans, budget, and schedule.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Manage on-site personnel including subcontractors, workers, and supervisors.
