RLDatix Riyadh invites applications for an Applications Analyst to join our Professional Services team. You will work with clients, project teams, and technical specialists to understand requirements, configure and test solutions, and support deployment and production handover.

The role requires strong organization, clear communication, and attention to detail, plus experience with MS Office, SQL, and common implementation methodologies. On-site in Riyadh with access to RLDatix benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and tracking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with software implementation methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools.

Responsabilités

• Gather, document, and analyse business and technical requirements to understand project needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between team members, clients, and vendors to facilitate communication.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including user guides and process flows.
• Assist in configuring systems or software and participate in system testing, UAT, and QA to meet client requirements.
• Assist in training clients on new systems or processes to enable smooth adoption.
