Responsibilities

• Advise on the identification, selection, and management of digital infrastructure investments.
• Liaise on underwriting, negotiating terms, and closing documentation for infrastructure investments.
• Provide expertise for the preparation and sign-off of investment proposals, recommendations, and memos.
• Liaise with external fund managers and partners.
