Job description

About Us

Egis Advisory Service Line is at the forefront of managing large-scale developments for some of the most prestigious clients in the region, including giga projects, municipalities, and other significant urban and real estate ventures. With expertise in engineering, architecture, and technology, Egis shapes the future of urban spaces and infrastructure. The position will play a key role in driving these visionary projects forward, focusing on the strategic and technical aspects that lay the foundation for successful developments.

About the Role

  • Prepare and issue inspection checklists and data capture templates for each utility system ahead of field mobilization.

  • Join field visits and record asset condition, vulnerabilities, single points of failure, existing controls and access constraints.

  • Log photographic evidence against asset references and maintain the site evidence pack.

  • Build and maintain the risk register, applying the agreed scoring method consistently and holding tight version control.

  • Draft interdependency maps showing which services are disrupted when a given asset fails.

  • Compile impact data, populate business impact matrices and draft scenario validation notes.

  • Prepare input data for Monte Carlo simulations, including three point estimates, ranges and correlation inputs collected through risk interviews.

  • Run simulation models under senior direction and prepare output charts and summary tables for review.

  • Cross check field observations against as-built drawings and flag discrepancies.

  • Prepare workshop packs, capture minutes and track actions to closure.

  • Draft continuity plan sections, playbooks, incident logs, checklists and reporting forms for senior review.

  • Maintain the deliverable tracker, comments tracker and document control for the risk workstream.

  • Support training material preparation, attendance records and drill reports.

  • Prepare inputs for weekly and monthly reporting on inspections completed and risks identified.
