Job summary

Saudi Telecom Company is seeking a Junior Technology Risk Manager to oversee risk governance, compliance, and business continuity within the unit. You will work with stakeholders to define risk registers and ensure effective mitigation in line with the GRC framework.

This role supports enterprise risk management and drives continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings up to 2 years of experience in risk and compliance, plus a degree in risk management or business administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or Business Administration.
• 0-2 years of experience in governance risk management or compliance.
• Experience with risk management frameworks and corporate governance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent and act as unit risk champion to facilitate risks and business continuity strategy, framework, methodologies, processes and requirements with enterprise risk management.
• Develop and update the unit's business continuity and risk mitigation plans and provide periodic reports to enterprise risk management.
• Lead engagement with unit stakeholders to define internal control register and ensure adherence to GRC guidelines.

Job Responsibility

Core Responsibilities Represent and act as unit risk champion to facilitate and implement risks amp business continuity strategy framework methodologies processes procedures and requirements in coordination with enterprise risk management Identify with Unit s sector stakeholders business risks related to the Unit financial operational technical and regulatory and ensure well-defined risk mitigations plan are in-place as per Enterprise Risk Management framework amp guidelines Develop and update the unit business continuity and risk mitigation plans for identified business risks amp provide required periodic ad-hoc reports to enterprise risk managementJob Responsibility cont Lead the engagement with unit s sector stakeholders to define internal control register and report required progress amp updates to enterprise risk management Ensures risk frameworks amp practices are developed and applied consistently and coherently within the unit in accordance with the GRC framework and guidelines set by corporate controlling functions
