Job summary

Saudi German Health is seeking an experienced RCM Section Head for our Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia team. The role leads day-to-day RCM operations, supervises the RCM team, and collaborates with clinical, finance, and operations to optimize the revenue cycle.

The ideal candidate has physician background with proven RCM experience, strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and is ready to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Physician background required.
• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management or healthcare operations.
• Team lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi healthcare insurance and RCM environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations within the assigned section.
• Supervise and guide the RCM team to ensure efficient workflow, productivity, and KPIs.
• Oversee insurance approvals, claims processing, billing, denials, resubmissions, and collections.
• Monitor claim performance and identify trends related to rejections and delays.
• Ensure timely submission of claims per payer requirements and regulations.
• Coordinate with insurers/payers to resolve issues and payment delays.
• Collaborate with clinical, finance, billing and operations teams to improve processes.
• Monitor RCM KPIs and prepare regular reports for management.
• Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions to improve acceptance rates and collection efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with NPHIES, CHI regulations, payer policies and internal RCM procedures.
• Support management in process improvements and initiatives.
• Coach and develop team members while upholding policies.

Saudi German Health is looking for an experienced RCM Section Head to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee day-to-day Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations within the assigned section.
• Supervise and guide the RCM team to ensure efficient workflow, productivity, and achievement of departmental KPIs.
• Oversee key RCM activities including insurance approvals, claims processing, billing, denials, resubmissions, and collections.
• Monitor claim performance and identify trends related to rejections, denials, underpayments, and delayed payments.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims in accordance with payer requirements and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with insurance companies/payers to resolve operational issues, claim discrepancies, and payment delays.
• Work closely with clinical, finance, billing, and other operational teams to improve the overall revenue cycle process.
• Monitor RCM KPIs and prepare regular operational and performance reports for management.
• Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions to improve claim acceptance rates, collection efficiency, and turnaround times.
• Ensure compliance with NPHIES, CCHI/CHI regulations, payer policies, and internal RCM procedures.
• Support the RCM management team in implementing process improvements and departmental initiatives.
• Coach, develop, and support team members while ensuring adherence to established policies and performance standards.

Qualifications:

• Physician background.
• Previous experience in Revenue Cycle Management, medical insurance, claims, or healthcare operations.
• Prior experience in a team lead, supervisor, or mid-level operational role.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi healthcare insurance and RCM environment.
• Familiarity with NPHIES and CHI regulations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• prefferably Arabic speaker.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dammam / Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia.
