Job summary

ABYAT is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide first-line technical assistance for end-user devices, Microsoft services, and retail technology across our Qassim locations. You will handle incidents, maintain service continuity, and deliver strong customer service.

Responsibilities include AD/MS365 administration, Windows troubleshooting, network checks, and POS support to ensure uninterrupted showroom operations and business continuity.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Technical Support or Helpdesk roles.
• Hands-on with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows OS, hardware, software, and end-user tech.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support across ABYAT locations.
• Manage incidents via IT ticketing system per SLA.
• Administer AD, user accounts, access, onboarding/offboarding.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, Office).
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN, Wi‑Fi).
• Support POS systems and retail tech to keep showroom ops running.
