el Grocer - Online Grocery Delivery is seeking a Showroom Operations Lead to supervise the day-to-day activities of the showroom, motivate the retail sales team, and drive performance while upholding high standards of service and presentation.

The successful candidate will oversee inventory control, staff training, and customer briefings, ensuring an outstanding shopping experience and adherence to brand guidelines across all visual displays and procedures.

Formación

• Proven experience leading a retail team and driving sales in a showroom environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions and staff direction.
• Ability to motivate and develop a diverse team to meet targets and standards.
• Knowledge of retail operations, stock control, and merchandising best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate the retail team to drive sales performance and maintain showroom standards.
• Ensure customers receive exceptional service and promptly address inquiries and complaints.
• Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee inventory control: stock replenishment, stocktaking, and accurate records.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising to brand standards.
• Provide leadership to sales associates and support staff for high performance.
• Track conversion rates, average transaction value, and targets; implement growth strategies.
• Lead by example in delivering customer service and resolving escalations.
• Provide regular coaching and training to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
• Collaborate with Retail Manager on promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
