Job summary

Jotun Saudia Co. Ltd. in Riyadh is seeking a Sales Coordinator - Retail to provide administrative and sales support to the Retail team and liaise across regions to ensure tasks are executed and KPIs met.

The role reports to the Area Sales Manager - Retail and requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years’ experience in Sales Support, and fluency in Arabic and English. The position is based in Riyadh and full-time.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Sales Support.
• Fluency in Arabic & English – both verbally and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and sales support to the Retail Department Head through reports, data consolidation, and cross-region coordination.
• Support sales staff by following up on DSO collection to balance liquidity.
• Coordinate between the Sales Manager, sales personnel, and internal stakeholders by disseminating information.
• Handle external inquiries effectively and update price and credit files with CS team as needed.
