Job summary

Al Majed Oud.co is seeking a senior leader to own and drive the real estate partnerships strategy, focused on retail expansion. You will build strategic relationships with property owners, developers, and asset managers, identifying high-potential locations and negotiating favorable terms.

You will lead the full lifecycle from opportunity assessment through to contract, handover, and launch, while monitoring performance and driving sustainable growth in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–10+ years of relevant real estate partnerships, retail expansion, or related experience.
• Proven retail sector experience with store expansion and location strategy.
• Experience with shopping malls, developers, landlords, asset managers, and property owners.
• Strong negotiation and lease management experience.
• Knowledge of local Saudi real estate market and retail trends.
• Fluency in Arabic and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Real Estate Partnerships strategy aligned with growth plans.
• Build long-term relationships with property owners, developers, and landlords.
• Identify, source, and evaluate retail locations based on strategic criteria.
• Lead negotiations on rental rates, lease terms, incentives, renewals, and expansions.
• Manage lifecycle from opportunity to handover and operational launch.
• Maintain a strategic portfolio to support expansion needs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and financial assessments for locations.
• Monitor performance and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.
• Identify opportunities for relocation, consolidation, or optimization.
