Aufgaben

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve financial control policies.
• Identify control weaknesses and implement corrective action plans.
• Ensure integrity of payments, cash management, AR/AP, and bank reconciliations.
• Oversee IFRS-based financial closing and reporting.
• Coordinate with auditors and CMA requirements.
• Oversee retail store financial controls including POS reconciliation and inventory.
• Lead the financial control team and cross-functional coordination.
