Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial and accounting operations, ensuring accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, strong controls, and strategic financial management.

You will partner with senior management across functions to drive performance, implement process improvements, and provide insights for informed decision-making in a fast-paced environment in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting certification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, SOCPA, ACA, or equivalent is mandatory.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, including substantial experience in a Finance Manager or similar managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and applicable accounting standards.
• Extensive experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial closing.
• Strong understanding of AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, accruals, provisions, and balance sheet management.
• Experience in project/contract accounting and revenue recognition is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of Saudi tax regulations, VAT, ZATCA, and statutory compliance.
• Strong ERP systems experience; Oracle Fusion experience is a significant advantage.
• Proven experience dealing with external auditors and supporting internal audit requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Financial Management & Reporting: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Accounting Operations & Internal Controls: Supervise AP, AR, GL, and fixed assets; ensure IFRS compliance.
• Compliance, Tax & Audit: Ensure VAT and ZATCA compliance; coordinate with external auditors and audits.
• Business & Commercial Support: Provide financial analysis to support business decisions and operational performance.
• Leadership & Team Management: Lead finance team and drive process improvements; promote financial discipline.
