Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in an African restaurant is preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Knowledge of African cuisine and culture is highly desirable.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise staff members including servers, cooks, and other support staff.
• Create work schedules and assign tasks to employees.
• Monitor food quality and ensure that all dishes are prepared according to standard recipes.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant.
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Oversee financial operations including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
