Job summary

Red Sea Sports & Entertainment is seeking a Resident Marine Biologist & Dive Instructor for site-based operations at The Red Sea destination. You will lead marine biology dives, teach courses, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a conservation-focused program.

The role requires a PADI Instructor certification, 500 logged dives, and strong English communications. You will collaborate with RSZA and sustainability teams in a remote resort environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marine Biology or related field required.
• PADI Instructor certification with international track record.
• Minimum 500 logged dives and 50 students certified.
• Strong guest-facing and public speaking experience.
• Experience in dive center operations and safety management.

Responsibilities

• Lead dive guiding, instruction, and marine interpretation for guests.
• Deliver dive courses to international certification standards.
• Coordinate and implement conservation diving programs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance in all activities.
• Develop engaging marine life presentations for guests and staff.
• Support dive retail and sales activities and operations.
