Job summary

Leading Edge in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Virtual Construction Manager to oversee projects remotely. You will manage from initiation to completion, ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery, and lead communication with on-site teams and stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, 3+ years in virtual construction management, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, CCM or CPCM certification, and proficiency with BIM, project management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years experience in construction management, preferably in a virtual or remote setting.
CCM or CPCM certification.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
Coordinate with on-site teams, contractors, and stakeholders remotely.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Utilize digital tools, such as project management software, BIM, and virtual reality, to enhance project delivery.
