You will own the end-to-end customer transition lifecycle, leading data cutovers, workshops, and value realization with customer security leadership. The role blends deep technical engineering with exceptional customer-facing delivery, requiring hands-on experience with the company’s Cortex XDR/XSIAM, Prisma Cloud, or Strata portfolios

Qualifikationen

• Professional-level technical acumen with security operations infrastructure, cloud migrations, or technical consulting.
• Hands-on expertise with the Palo Alto Networks portfolio (Cortex XDR/XSIAM, Prisma Cloud, or Strata) or direct competitive migration experience.
• Strong technical background in security automation, including CLI scripting, Python, and REST APIs for bulk policy configuration and data modeling.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills with a proven ability to run technical workshops and maintain executive presence.
• A “scale mindset” with AI and automation, developing reusable playbook concepts and authoring technical documentation.

Aufgaben

• Technical Migration & Integration: Migrate customer environments from legacy to modern platforms, manage policy mappings and log ingestion validations.
• Operationalization & DITL Delivery: Lead Day in the Life workshops, train customer teams on native platform workflows and incident response.
• Value Realization Executive Cadence: Lead structured Value Realization sessions, demonstrate ROI and security efficacy to secure project sign-off.
