Job summary

Jobgether, partnering with a global tech company, is seeking a Product Compliance Counsel based in Saudi Arabia to ensure digital products comply with EU/US regulations. You will review product specs, marketing materials, and AI governance, and collaborate across teams in a remote-first environment.

You will monitor regulatory developments, contribute to training programs, and help implement robust governance and controls. Fluency in English and Russian is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in law or equivalent.
• Knowledge of EU and US consumer protection law for digital products.
• Understanding of EU/US advertising and marketing compliance.
• Familiarity with EU/US digital legislation and AI governance.
• Knowledge of App Store and Google Play guidelines.
• Fluent English and Russian (B2+).
• Strong analytical skills and translating requirements into guidance.
• Attention to detail and risk communication.
• Collaborative in an international, remote-first environment.
• Proactive and adaptable with digital regulatory focus.

Responsibilities

• Review product specs for websites and apps to ensure legal and policy compliance.
• Audit marketing materials for consumer protection and advertising standards.
• Monitor EU and US regulatory developments and communicate impacts.
• Track sanctions developments and support internal sanctions policies.
• Develop and deliver compliance training and update guidance.
• Assess AI-enabled products for regulatory risk and governance.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to embed compliance in roadmaps.
